Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA): Facilitated process to manage the completion of the FMEA and maximize the cross functional teams time.  FMEA training. 

Weight Workshops: A facilitated workshop employing a cross functional team to optimize the weight of a particular system or product. 

Business Process Improvement: A fast paced workshop designed to develop quick implementable solutions to organizational problems at minimal cost.

Competitive Analysis and Benchmarking:  Facilitation of a cross functional team to assess and document a competitive system, product design or process. Alternatively we will conduct the competitive intelligence study and provide the documented results.

Strategic Planning: Facilitated process to assist an organization in defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy, including its capital and people. We employ various business analysis techniques including SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) and PEST analysis (Political, Economic, Social, and Technological analysis).

Trade Studies:  Facilitation of a multidisciplinary team to identify the most balanced technical solutions among a set of proposed viable solutions to find the configuration that best meets conflicting performance requirements.

General Facilitation Services:  A facilitator is used in a variety of group settings, including business and other organizations to work with group processes to ensure meetings run well and achieve a high degree of consensus. Facilitation concerns itself with all the tasks needed to run a productive and impartial meeting. Facilitation serves the needs of any group who are meeting with a common purpose, whether it be making a decision, solving a problem, or simply exchanging ideas and information.
